Withdrawals

One month’s notice in writing is essential before a child is withdrawn from the school, otherwise one month’s fee is charged in lieu thereof.

Full fee including other charges as applicable, such as bus fare etc. has to be paid for the month during which the withdrawal is sought.

Transfer certificate is issued only on written request from the parents after clearing all the school dues along with T.C. fee as applicable at that time.

A student who leaves the school and desires to have T.C. without pre-intimation will have to pay tuition fee and other charges as applicable from the retrospective period from which the student has discontinued his/her classes.

Transfer Certificate Application submission deadline is 31st march of every year.

No verbal communication in this regard will be considered legible. Only written applications to the school authorities are accepted

Parents seeking to transfer their ward in the middle of session would have to abide by above mentioned rules with regard to notice and fee .
